Are you woman who had issues with alcohol?


The Women’s Independent Alcohol Support (WIAS), in conjunction with the Faculty of Health, Education and Society at Plymouth University and Folk.us
at University of Exeter are conducting a study with women who have had alcohol issues, with the aim of improving the support available. 



Based on what you tell us we will be making recommendations for a wide range of better support. Anything discussed with us is in the strictest confidence. You can call us between 10.00am and 3.00pm, and 7.00pm and 9.00pm 7 days a week, or you leave your number saying when you would like us to phone throughout October 2012. 

You need not use your real name and utmost confidentiality will be exercised in respect of any details you give us. 

The woman you will speak to has, herself had experience of severe and long-term alcohol dependence in the past and holds appropriate research qualifications.
