Sing Out Bristol - Summer Concert 18th June 2011

The moment you've been waiting for has arrived!  Sing Out Bristol is proud to announce its Summer Concert on Saturday 18th June, 2011, at St George's, Bristol.

Sing Out Bristol are one of Bristol’s largest community groups for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people and the South West’s only LGBT community choir. Open and diverse in our approach, we sing to bring communities together through music - and because we love it!

Identified by Bristol Pride as "One of the finest LGBT Choirs in the UK”, we sing an exciting repertoire from Mozart to Mercury, world music to classic pop. Previous concerts have sold out, so we're moving up in the world to a bigger venue - we're excited at the prospect at singing at the amazing St George's which has an international reputation as a concert venue.

You are promised an evening of entertainment, emotion, laughter, beautiful singing, a touch of camp, a tug at the heart strings and stunning choralography.

We’re pleased to be joined by Europe’s longest running LGBT community choir – the Pink Singers.  The Pink Singers have a worldwide reputation as one of the best LGBT community choirs and are travelling to Bristol to sing with us between a performance in Athens and their own summer concert "Razzle Dazzle".

Tickets cost £14, £11 and £8 (+ concessions) and are available from the Sing Out Bristol website. Those attending the concert are all invited to join us at our free after party.  A flyer is attached for your information - please share with your choirs, singing groups and organisations.

We look forward to seeing you there and sharing in the pleasure that is Sing Out Bristol
