O’Hooley & Tidow at Bristol Folk House
Following on from their main stage performance at Pride Bristol 2010, O’Hooley & Tidow hit the road for a string of dates to promote their debut album ‘Silent June’ which has received a number of end of year accolades from the press including MOJO Magazine’s Top 10 Folk Albums of 2010, a nomination for Spiralearth’s Best Debut, and FATEA’s Innovation Award, which recognises artists that broaden the appeal of roots-based music. Accompanied by the fantastically talented violinist Anna Esslemont, they will be bringing their unique blend of thought-provoking chamber folk and cheeky northern banter to Bristol Folk House on Friday 11th March. Support by rising talent; Menage au Quai.
